Not a whole lot said on this thread about the Class Action against Oak Tech management. I'm a former shareholder and I got this class action announcement in my mail this morning. Can anybody tell me what's up?

I hope you are right about the stock price but OAKT's CD-RW technology is not that great. The hottest CD-RW now is HP8100 and HP8200 or the Sony equivalents. I don't think they has OAK inside as OAKT's 2nd generation CDRW controller is not ready for prime time yet. The future of OAKT will be in STB, not in the commodities.
