Mark....no program today either. I got home and checked my email to see if I had a response from Symantec. I sure did, and I'm still upset. Here's what they said:

Thank you for your inquiry and your patience. I have researched the status of your credit card order with the information you have provided. Regretfully, it appears that your order is not in our system. Please accept our apologies for any inconvenience this may have caused you.

If you wish to replace your order, please call our Order Desk at (800) 568-9501. Should you have further questions, please point your browser to our Customer Service site at:

symantec.com

So I called the number and reordered. It's coming Fed X and will be here Wednesday. The guy on the phone said they are having problems with the online ordering. I asked for a discount for all the inconveniences but no such luck.

mp and thread ******Help Zip Drive won't recognize*****

I have a terrible problem with my Zip drive trying to get it to talk to my new Toshiba 7020CT ( which combined with my new high speed line is the beginning of Heaven here on Earth).

Anyway I'm running W98 and this Iomega crap won't give me a drive letter or recognize the drive even if I try through DOS. Then it promptly screws up the Windows and I go to Safe Mode.

Am I the only one or has anyone else had this problem with Iomega?

Is there an alternative to Iomega that actually works?

Thanks for any help,

L
