Just saw something strange. I was looking at the open orders in my
account, and I saw an open order to buy MAIL. I had cancelled
my MAIL IOI weeks ago, never received any confirmation or
allocation email, but it's sitting in my open orders.
This doesn't look good.

Anyone have thoughts on this? What's the best
time to call Wit and not be on hold forever?

Or is this my personal welcome into the world
of IPOs through Wit?

One thing you might want to doublecheck to may sure that Wit won't misteriously remove your IOIs. I found my indication for TWE disapeared today and don't know why. And I am not alone on this. Wit sometimes is weird.
