I agree with you totally and I don't see any answer to your question.

Just find it odd that a few months ago the Audited financials were the stepping stone to us getting listed on the NASDAQ, but now after the suspension its going to take the sale of their manufacturing division to get listed. Who knows how long that will take. Go figure.

Relist to Nasdaq, what do you mean? This was a BB stock. $10 million is .40-.50/share, what has that to do with a listing?

I suppose that Mr. N. means that after the sale Leah will have Cash Assets that alone will enable Nasdaq listing.

I thought I had posted the reason why LEAH feels the sale will help in getting the company listed again. The 2-3$ dividend will raise the price of the stock up to a level where they can get listed.
