Jim: Like any "contract"...when they expire on a particular date and you don't exercise...you lose your option and consequently your opportunity. So...you won't be able to sell on Monday and you have lost your value. Sorry for the bad news.

Your options are well in the money and were exercised. You now have the chance to sell the stock or hold it.
