My sympathies. I'm originally from there, and go back most years for a visit. Find it hard to get used to the idea that the VSE closes at 5:30 PM.

And opens at 10:30.

It's all a matter of priorities. Given that WSP won't trade until Monday, you might put this in perspective, wait until tomorrow to read the news, and take your friend out so that you can croon:
