I just wanted to get off margin, Michelle. As I mentioned before, my timing wasn't very good, perhaps, but I was close enough to the cliff that had the CPI numbers been malicious, I might be updating my resume right now (LOL).

As I'm sure you would agree, I just never expected the correction to end up as stiff as it did. The result is that I respect interest rates more, and the impact they have on the economy and investing.

I went to B-school way back when, so I should be more aware of those facts, but it was eons ago and my concentration was never Finance anyway.

Pure and simple, I do better in bull markets :). As I have mentioned, I have tremendous respect for those traders on this thread who turn on a dime and make the hay no matter what the weather. That is not yet me, nor probably ever will be. Know thyself <g>.
