Forget Hyderabad,Bangalore is passe-PUNE is next IT El Dorado.

Say Ratan,
They are coming and they are moving in to your neighborhood.Say how do you natives pronounce PUNE we pronounce it as 'Poo-Na' in Malayalam. Oh also heard real estate in Bombay is picking up,they tell me NRIs are back buying up properties again.
