Thomas, it is all speculation and there is no reason to believe IDTC shareholders will get any NTOP shares. Today's price rise has fueled that speculation as people wonder why the sudden move up on no news. Others speculate that now that IDTC has seen the market's reaction to the lack of NTOP shares, they might be more likely to give some to shareholders.

Personally, I think anyone would be a fool to buy the stock on such speculation. But it is not beyond the realm of possibility. However, I would bet against it. If they did, we would certainly see a sharp rise in the price of the stock and a lot of people would be buying and holding and not selling IDTC.
