My gut tells me they would not have stated that they will use stock (when they did have a choice) unless they had already obligated themselves to do so.

One of the many things that bothers me about this is that these arrangements were made prior to the broadcast.com buyout hitting the screen. Remember: "That changed everything." So where a strategy that allowed for a low stock price for three quarters originally would not have mattered too much then, it would be a big mistake in the current picture.

If the meeting on the 28th is intended to put us into the Internet game (i.e. dramatically increase share price), how is that going to alter the strategy of the holders of the convertable? . . . both in the next few days, and in the following 2 quarters?
