Jay, MyTalk really goes deeper than just a message center. in the future when calling options will be available (at an additional cost) access to EBay, Intuit, Revolv, for example these will handle internet and intranet applications. Currently I am a Portico user MyTalk is simply a step toward that service. I believe there is a site called MySidewalk that leads you thru business establishments (Theaters, Restaurants, Antique shops etc.) MySidewalk would lead you to these possibly make reservations the applications are unlimited. Portico handles important business communications that I don't want to miss, it has been well worth the $30.00 per month I spend. I screen my calls in the field responding to the most urgent. It has been very important in new business acquisition. Hope this gives you some ideas to consider. Rob
