My news source shows 11:54 AM as the time of the PRNewswire release. I have access to transaction log, but cannot do a copy from that screen. Buying started with a spurt from 13 1/16 to 13 3/4 at 11:44 AM. In my mind, the story probably did not leak from the company, unless maybe at the very last minute, as the news release went out. I'm not sure when/how they send the news out, who sees it when, etc. By the time I got in shortly after the news, it was 13 15/16 already, then dipped a bit.

Regardless, I think we have seen a short-term bottom and I'm targeting 17 in the near future.

I could be wrong but it looked like there was about 200,000 to 300,000 in volume just ahead of any news being released. If you follow posts on Yahoo they had the same experience as I did. The price shot up and news didn't show up for another 10 minutes. Even if it were done 10 minutes later, you have to wonder whether buyers dished out 2.5 mil without some advanced studying of the press release. It was a lot of trading done either before the fact, or the spur of the moment close to the release time. It looks like a tip-off to me.
