Mr Foster I suspect has a significant holdings in MSFT:) Have you heard what Scott McNealy(SUNW) thinks the MSFT judgement should be--that they be banned from obtaining any intellectual property for at least 5 years,plus other restrictions.McNealy believes the theft/and or purchase of intellectual property is the classic pattern of a monopolistic company,which McNealy feels MSFT is clearly guilty of--Mr.Pitofsky surely has a friend in Scott McNealy,and I am symphathetic to McNealy.Good Luck,Max90 and I am now of line.

Hey Pfil,

Thanks for the link. Read through it twice even. I am challenged to understand whatever is being said. But it does mention Corel and should relate in some obscure way.
