I can't see what another analyst on CNBC will be able to do for the company's share price. Loral's price was $20 the Friday before the Cox Report. I know one portfolio colleague at another firm who sold 700,000 shares the day the report came out. He just was sick of the politics. A few others told me the same. They sold their shares period.

I have read about no Loral employee going to jail, least of all Bernard Schwartz, since the Cox report. That tells you something about the Cox Report. A lot of something. It did incalculable damage to Loral-- even more so if, as I suspect, most of what was written in it was false.
