You two are the sickest people I have ever come across. If you think this stock and the company is b*&%$%^& then why not forget about it and move on! I have never come across a person(s) who is so determined to waste their time, others time, and make a complete ass of himself in the process. If you think that this company is headed for insolvency .... then short it. You might be right. But get the hell of the board and let others who think that this might work discuss it. You should seek professional help. Both of you.
