Hal--- OT~~~ OT~~~ <<"will always be under the Secrecy agreement">> It seems many signed the paper. There at least 5 on SI (possibly 6 depending on a FCO) that I know of that can talk the talk. Must be something that draws us to this for just a little excitement-- what else is left? I am very careful what goes on SI and email on every subject,,, even stocks. Even FOIA requests on very old subjects raise eyebrows and have questions asked..... just adds a bit of spice...
