Doubt there will be any. Wanna go for some 'Discovery'? How 'bout a nice deposition to lighten your day.. MAN OVERBOARD!!!!!! Boris, if this case goes to court, in the discovery phase your real identity will be subpoenaed from SI, and you will indeed be deposed on the subject of any communications you may have had with HITT management or attorneys, and on the nature and content of those communications. This will happen in the BW case as well. For your sake, I hope no lies have been told; you know, the kind of lies your friends Mike Kuhns and Gary Dobry specialize in. Count on it. I fail to see why you don't believe we're serious.
