Jim, Hi!!! RE: When to move into... If you read Michael's speech on Managing Hyper Growth...you find that he has many concerns for explosive growth...I believe he will always be concerned about each and every potential consumer...I have talked many times of imagining how he first started selling PC's door to door...I believe he still has that clear vision of gaining others confidence....This is why I feel DELL will not move into something that he feels the company can not properly administer....It's not a fear of failure...it's more a sense of keeping the quality and the culture of DELL intact.... For these reasons...I'm very very very excited about what this site can do....If they are ready for it....I'm ready and waiting... RUN MIKEY RUN..... Best, Kemble
