Big problem with QWST buying GBLX. GBLX has 435 million shares outstanding, but only 42 million in the float. insiders control 90% of company. Even after the dilution if GBLX acquired FRO and USW, insiders would still control the combined entity. I also think BLS is the 700 lb gorilla in this whole thing. their currency, be it cash or BLS shares are a lot more respected than GBLX or QWST shares. I see BLS buying USW and FRO. Then later buying QWST or merging with QWST. larry
