When you look at the small E-tail stocks that have been clobbered during the worst internet correction of their young lives, NAVR does seem to have a safety net which saves it from the depths of $5 and under.
The best case scenario IMO would be to catch a lot of people short when the news turns positive.
I hope the man in charge is feeling up to snuff soon.

With any luck, maybe some of the NAVR bashers who falsely predict things like roadshows not going well (when they haven't begun) and false news about IPO cancellations will suffer the same fate as the "HITT" - bashing crew.
