Hi Gary, Take a look at the INTC chart, it's easy to eyeball a downward sloping line through its recent highs. I don't know what this means in market folklore, but it looks ugly to me. Maybe INTC management should take a page out of the IBM book and announce a huge buyback - *with a corresponding reduction in number of shares outstanding*. Why keep the billions in the bank when you can borrow at 7%???? To all those proud of the real earnings that INTC makes - anyone check the earnings at GM or Ford? Best Regards
