I had that problem too a couple times. Pretty worrisome when its a market order. I tried to cancel and was told I could not, but that I would get the price of when I placed the order. It is really irritating when you don't know what is what.
Their customer service was great though.
My main complaint was navigating their website, the length of time it took getting from one page to the next, how long it took to get "real time quotes" and then lots of times they were over a minute behind. And all those 'safeguards" to protect us from ourselves, the redundant pages. If I only made a few trades a year they would be OK, but they are not for active traders, IMO.
Are you with Watley now? How satisfied with them are you? Have you used other L2 providers?
