Jim,

I've been around here longer than most - since '91, and am as frustrated as anyone. However, the insider sales may be psychologically damaging in this environment, but are not a predictor. The insiders at BTGC have sold their shares over the years prior to big run ups. They seem to be as oblivious as the rest of us as to the prospects of the company - at least the stock price.

Since I'm invested (mostly small) in around 100 companies, I see no correlation between insider selling and company prospects. What I do see, is that when the company does well, no one complains about the insider selling, and when the company doesn't perform - then the criticisms pour in. By the way, the same is true regarding insider buying. It may demonstrate confidence by the insiders, but that does not necessarily translate into positive stock action.

Good Luck,

Shep
