Dear CG: Thank you for your kind comments. Also I thank the gentleman who called me at home over the weekend. Sorry I wasnt home but I did get your message. As to TAVA I intend to hold my stock till the bitter end for two or three reasons. First, I intend to get the full $8 mainly because their are no other stocks I am intending to buy at this moment. I plan to await what is usually a disastrous August for Techs to look for bargains so I might as well make the extra %age. Second, there is always the OUTSIDE chance this deal will fail. I doubt it, but Management only has a little over 11% of the vote and they need 50.1%. I suspect they will get it from the Arbiters but you never know. Finally, there are DISSENTER'S RIGHTS on this deal. To protect my position till the very end I will NOT VOTE AT ALL rather than voting NO. Not voting results in the same as a NO vote. If a LOT OF PEOPLE file for Dissenters Rights I may do so also. I wont do it if its only a few. Finally, as a side note, this case is NOT currently settled. Attorneys in process of doing due diligence checking out the facts supplied by TAVA counsel. If it should turn out they do not pan out then there is no settlement. You all know I like to use old sayings, but the only thing that comes to my mind at the moment is REMEMBER THE ALAMO!! JDN
