Wow...just when you think Nacchio has pulled out all the stops! Sounds pretty incredible to me, and it also sounds like Chambers and CSCO like what QWST is doing in terms of pursuing FRO and USW. I wonder if they may be the financial backing QWST is searching for to close the deals. This story just keeps getting better and better. Nick Oh yeah, nice find on the story, Brian.

Could this be what they are announcing? Thread: I am going to guess that QWST is going to announce that they have completed the construction of their network. Monday will be the...21st it looks like, and they estimated 6/30 as the completion date. So I think that they will announce that, plus their plan and visions for the future. Thoughts? Justin
