And you know this how?

Through MSU's IR rep and contacts with others like myself who were discussing the merits of the M-D private placement offering which was withdrawn and replaced by a 144 offering. 144 stock is restricted by definition, now isn't it? Why don't you make a few calls of your own??

As for being a reporting company, they are. And since June 30th is the end of their reporting year, I imagine those terms will be disclosed in the 10K according to SEC regulations.

There is no stipulation that they have to report anything about the placement, but obviously they wanted to let their shareholder's know.

Even you have to admit that this company is not necessarily "pumping" out press releases in an attempt to hype their stock. They don't have a boiler room operation manipulating their stock. And they know that they have to finally deliver the goods this time around or they will be facing legal consequences for the news they have already released regarding production levels.

And MSU meets asset requirements. Had you done your diligence, you would realize that they hold 500,000 shares of AIME, though only $1/share at the moment, still puts them at the $4 million mark.

Oooppps... guess you ain't so diligent afterall.

Still no comment about the MILLIONS of shares that were purchased last fall by McLaughlin LLC?? If anything, it sure tightened up the float.

But it didn't merit a note from Stuck Dickfective, did it?? Nope.

And no comment about the fact that MANAGEMENT HAS NOT BEEN SELLING.

Why is that dumbmoney?? Why isn't that more important than those issues you bring up??

You'll have to better than that... <VBG>

Regards,

Ron
