William, you as I when it comes to vote must first decide not which party do we support, but is there for us to vote for a party we support thru our belief that they will do good and not bad. That above sentence has to be the worst one I ever wrote. Back to issue, and its on topic since it about how we deal with issues in front of us that can be viewed differently by each person. Just a simple way to gain insight into the person, and use this to understand his or her reply to a post about gold prices. So you must put in you vote, your opinion being weighted comparied to just giving your 2 cents. But first you know of yourself that you will not support anyone or party that does wrong, hurts people, etc. Your public statement as to what you believe in and stand for. So what do you do when all those you can vote for are in that catagory of unacceptable ? OK, push the "None Above" lever, and if that lever ain't there, then chit. I also can make the case that because I have the ability to bad mouth my country and its political leaders, that I do so not to exercise my rights under this countries freedom thru abuse and trashing them, but to honor them thru using them. Just like I can honor the American Flag thru trashing and burning it and having it rot in the dump under full view of its citizens. I would not want to live in a country that I can not bad mouth my government, and I cannot trash the flag of the nation. Seems like some USA citizens want to take my freedom away from tho, in making it a law that you cannot express your view if its counter or against the government in power. Exercise your rights else lose them. The gold standard protected its citizens from unlawful and unmoral government policy makers. We lost that protection. Doug
