My experience buying Japanese stocks, has taught me that the Western fund managers will always first come in buying whatever they can on the cheap and will generally go to whatever is easily available and best known to them, so I recommend you start here.

Anindo, the most simple way to bet on a japanese recovery are the Japan WEBS (world equity benchmark shares). they are unit trusts containing a representative portfolio of japanese blue chip shares. for more information visit the nasdaq/amex web site at options.nasdaq-amex.com
