In my opinion, SI member ,"bully," as of April 28, 1999 and prior to, has and is currently violating the letter or spirit of Terms of Use of Silicon Investor, Member Conduct (Sec.2.) and the SI Terms of Agreement.
Violations of SI Terms of Agreement:
*Using this service for illegal purposes or for the transmission of material that is unlawful, harassing, libelous, invasive of anothers privacy, abusive, threatening, harmful, vulgar, obscene, tortuous or otherwise objectionable.
*Posting improper or off-topic messages or posting more than twenty messages in six hours
*Violating the letter or spirit of the Terms of Use
An example of member "bully's" complete lack of respect for SI and violating the letter of spirit of the Terms of Use is as follows:
