Oh molloy....couldn't have said it better myself! Benahamou's head is on the "chopping block". Even with all these lawsuits occurring daily..the stock is holding quite well. These lawsuits will be grouped together as one eventually...there is no judge around that will take these on seperately! They are indicative to me that the Board is being given many "WAKE UP CALLS" to replace Benahamou...the street senses such, and will react very positively when it is announced. In fact...I belive that those in the know are aware of upcoming mgmt changes and have been accumulating the stock because they get the info long before you and I. Benhamou is HISTORY and most likely is only a "figure head" at this point...just a "lame duck"...someone else within Corporate is calling the shots! When they find the right person to replace him, and he most likely is already on board...the announcement will be made!Could come prior to shareholder mtg or at the latest during shareholder mtg! When that occurs the "cockroaches" will disappear! Have a good one, HKirby
