Jim-

I think that THQI's management style, which has been responsible for its success, would be lost if THQI were to combine with another peer company. After all, whose management would take over? But a larger company that wants to enter the IE market, or expand their presence, could buy THQI and keep the management to handle the IE business. I'm not suggesting JAKK as a combo. It would most likely be HAS, MAT or another company of that size. I don't think THQI would do it as a strategic move, I think it would be an offer they wouldn't refuse.
