can't speak for Mssr.P^nk, but i am interested in you're 'evaluation' topics which could be intriguing; product side product upgrade cycle and the current release generation user interface configuration-landline and wireless plaform OS scalability,relability, compared to switches, analogue or digital company side number of development staff-contract vs fultime number of support staff-contract vs fultime outsource contracts in place-development, support, customer service number of management-contract, fultime number of marketing-contract, fultime number of staff working for parent/VC/Auditors simultaneously total staff number of staff hired directly or indirectly from VC's Management and VC consulting/marketing/support fees paid monthly Private placement/conversion details Options (Puts/Calls) written and who holds them excercise price Stock float and restrictions, including underwriters Any private placement/preference information What debt transferred to IPO, short term or long term liabilities or accruals Competition market size and expected revenues in a decreasing price scenario and where wirelss may start carrying larger user volumes as a percentage of total user time spent on the telephone This is just a start, but it would also be interesting to see what you can add and especially since I am new at this, please highlight any items that might be crucial which I have forgotten.
