William - The 10day window runs until the transaction is completed. The earliest it could complete would be the day of the vote (but this seems unlikely). The merger document simply says that the merger is hoped to complete before the end of the month. I would guess that we are about half way through the 10day averaging period, and that the deal will complete around the 28th. I have been praying to the great god of Wall Street for LSI to trade at around $10 for the next few days before returning to $45...... Mark
