Did your partner have any other choices besides a T1 line (ie DSL)?

For those of use not familiar with what @work really does, could you go into a little more detail about this one specific example? (if you know or wouldnt mind asking)
What was provided by @work that you could not receive from @home? What is worth $260/month that you dont get for $40/month?

I assume that @work setup the router for the soho network. Did you get a sense from your partner that @work was capable and professional?

The $260/month you mentioned as including "feeds to each of his workers workstations". I assume that this does not include the fee for each individual user at his soho location, or does it?
