Writing in the June 11 issue of Gold Resource & Environmental Stocks, Jay
Taylor tells his subscribers that Southern Era is a most amazing company and an
undervalued, profitable, producing resource stock. According to Mr. Taylor, the
payback on the company's first diamond mine was received in one week.
Apparently Mr. Taylor was introduced to Southern Era at the New York Mining
Show and was "amazed by the quality of this young diamond producer." He
reports that while the company's first diamond project is being mined out, it is
developing the Leopard Fissure deposit which should make it "a major diamond
producer in South Africa for the next 30 to 50 years or longer." Mr. Taylor says
that if Southern Era does not get the attention it deserves from Canadian
brokerage houses, it may be because it is flush with cash. "Brokerage firms usually
tout stocks most heavily if they have a large position themselves or if they are
doing an underwriting because the research reports will help them sell their
inventory," Mr. Taylor tells his readers. "With SUF being flush with cash why tout
this stock if it simply diverts attention from investors away from the ones they are
underwriting?" he asks. Mr. Taylor hopes to have a report on Southern Era in his
next newsletter.
