I think making cats stay indoors is a violation of the Second Amendment. Cats have the right to bear arms in public. Worse, he is infringing on a cat's right to life, liberty, and the pursuit of happiness. Which I believe stems from our Judeo-Christian roots, probably to a Commandment, which had they been posted on his classroom wall when he was growing up, might have prevented LLR's outrageous and despicable ethical development.
