Not true, JG. Authorization is just a formality, since so much of the stock is tightly held. I seem to recall splits pending authorization of more shares being announced by other companies, and I've never seen a case where authorization wasn't granted.

I think it's important that Q increase the float. It will reduce volatility and make it a more attractive institutional investment.
