The fact that you must have a copy of Nick Carter's property evaluation report is an encouraging first step. May I suggest you have someone visit the company's office and have Dr. Carter and or Mr. Krause go through the current information with you. When you look at the old data and the new, you can really see how the geological model is coming together as they had thought.

As for the newswires not having the value per ton, this was due to the ASE. I have heard that originally the press release was to read the same as the one on SI. I have also heard that originally the ASE was okay with this. Apparently that changed the morning the news was going out. That was the reason for the halt. The company had to change the release that morning. However, the original had already been posted.

As far as the exact date that the Canico lease expired I can't say I know of the top of my head. If you feel this to be important, I can make some calls and find out for you.

Please set something up with the company, call toll free (877)233 -2244.

Regards.
