Thanks for your post -- I don't know that all are the same when it comes to the Amish and their theology -- I haven't had time to discuss deeper issue with them, but I pray that I will. I have discussed their worship service arrangements, etc. I will let your know.

Glad that the Lord has blessed your efforts -- and hope that he continues to bless your efforts for Him.

Dera Jake :
I appreciate your post on this rarely visited thread. I have been all cash for the past two weeks having been heavily in REIT's, since March with a 14% gain. However, I feel that Greenspan's aim is to diminish asset prices of all assets. While we have not had inflation in goods and services we have had inflation in bonds, stocks, and real estate. The general trend in many of the REIT's that I follow has been to sell off properties, and pay down debt. I feel the reason they are doing this is because they feel property values are fairly to overpriced. So it stands to reason that if property values are overpriced that the securities are overpriced as well. Wasn't it when the DOW was 6000 that Greenspan made the comment about excessive exuberance in the markets. Nevertheless I've done too well in the markets not to use this time frame leading up to Y2K for a little reflection on where to go next.

Where is the Holy Spirit leading you right now ? Just wondering if you share any views. In Christ.gregor
