What is the distinction between the markets? Do I understand you're point correctly? Cable is distinct from the Internet because it is in essence a private network? Therefore to assume that the Internet ISP's and their partners are in competition with T and ATHM is invalid? Indeed T and ATHM are building a private broadband network in the complete absence of competition within the cable infrastructure. I gather you do not trust T and ATHM to develop a superior product without being forced to by a competitive marketplace.
