I just reviewed the samples you provided. You do realize most of 'em don't even have SI discussion threads. At best they are thinly discussed and little known.

And a trading volume comparison? Come on A@P, you know that none of your samples come close to comparing with KOOP on volume. For sure, IMAL had a bit of a run, but wasn't that precisely what it was--a run-up? And what gang carried the ball in that one?

Indeed, Amazon, AOL, Yahoo, Doubleclick and Ebay type stocks all had lousy financials but tremendous trading volume coupled with name recognition. And so dr.koop.com. You bet!

Check out what name recognition does for presidential elections. Heck, already the next one's money/media-rigged: Gore vs. Bush.

Perhaps it's time for you to consider another shorting candidate. You've already accomplished the obvious after-IPO drop down from the high in this one. And you're right! Doing so was a good profit-making move. Money in pocket, I'm all but certain you'll soon move on to another shorting opportunity, leaving this one behind you.
And, interestingly, when you do, I'll bet ya dollars to donuts--whoever coined a line like this?--that when you quit dumping on KOOP you'll end up with KOOP shares in your portfolio for down the road.
