I thought someone on the yahoo board (yes, I know they are ditsy)
SAID IT WAS THE cboe, the Chicago Board Options Exchange. I don't know enough about how that works. But does it make sense to anyone?

PS did anyone besides me get a 100% margin call from Fidelity on their AOL?
