Hitsgalore.com and Life Foundation Trust Move Forward on Local City
Editions

Business Wire - June 17, 1999 10:45

RANCHO CUCAMONGA, Calif.--BUSINESS WIRE)--June 17, 1999-- Hitsgalore.com, Inc. (OTC BB:HITT) today
announced that it is moving forward with its Local City Editions.

In April, the Life Foundation Trust had reserved up to 200 metropolitan regions for a total purchase price of $10 million. The
Company will recognize the revenues as the regions are identified and brought on line over the next ten to twelve months.

The Local City Editions reserved by the Trust will be maintained by Hitsgalore.com or by third parties in each local city.
Through its Local City Editions, Hitsgalore.com can offer localized searching for business products and services, and also
provide articles and other information about each locale, as well as provide links to other websites containing information
about the Local City.

To bring the Local City Editions reserved by the Trust on line, Hitsgalore.com has increased its programming staff and its sales
and marketing staff. The Company is currently developing the Local City Editions for the first twenty of the 200 metropolitan
areas reserved.

Jeanette Wilcher, Trustee for the Life Foundation Trust, said, "We look forward to having Local City Editions available
throughout the country, and we are especially excited about making local information over the internet available in libraries and
other places accessible to those who are not able to get online at home."

Steve Bradford, CEO of Hitsgalore.com, said, "Offering local content and localized searching is an integral part of our
business model. We think our business model is unique in that we are one of the few internet companies that has reported
profits. Not only do we put a local site online, but also Hitsgalore.com and our Local City Editors actually get involved in the
local communities. As we expand our Local City Editions across the country, the awareness of Hitsgalore.com will grow,
enhancing our existing Local City Editions.

Hitsgalore.com is in the midst of a national radio ad campaign that is driving traffic to its website at hitsgalore.com.
The Company projects positive cash flow from its unique business model of giving away free lifetime banner placements, and
generates sales from its sponsorships, Keyword Bid & Rank program and Local City Editions. The company believes this
compares favorably with other Internet portals and search engine companies such as Lycos, Inc. (Nasdaq:LCOS), Excite, Inc.
(Nasdaq:ATHM), Infoseek Corporation (Nasdaq:SEEK) and Yahoo! Inc. (Nasdaq:YHOO). Hitsgalore.com strives to
provide porn-free searching and does not accept or encourage any porn or adult-content listings on its site.
