If AOL's argument has no credibility whatsoever, then why is Att and the FCC bellowing so loudly? There is no question AOL has no argument. It is Att's reaction that is making AOL's argument. Att chose a contentious reaction to a Potland community decision. That was extremely poor form and it has big ego written all over it. When you have the superior product and the superior position it isn't necessary to carry on like ATT has. They must be inadvertently admitting that they don't have anything or maybe it is a ploy to get sympathy from the FCC. We know that Armstrong makes midnight contact with them. Wonder what they do? What dark secret are they hiding? 128K up?
