PashaBear: Of Natural Gas and Internets- PB I just sent $1,000 into the Internet Fund- what do you think of this Fund?

On Natural Gas, in today's "Permian Basin Oil & Gas Report, Texas Railroad Commissioner Tony Garza is interviewed. He is very bullish on natural gas, noting in Texas that total drilling permits for NG issued in 1999 has been 611 permits as compared to 1,728 permits for the same period last year; and natural gas production in Texas January 1999 was 457.9 Mmcf/day, down from 469.9 Mmcf/day in January 1998. The RRC will push incentives for tight gas, deeper horizon drilling; finally and most importantly note that the National Petroleum Council this autumn will finish and publish a comprehensive study of the Natural Gas Industry in North America.

Undertaken at the request of Energy Secretary Bill Richardson, "the analysis will focus on the critical issues of natural gas supply, demand, and distribution and their link to the US economy"....

Keep your eye peeled for that....
