I do know you meant the last one as a joke, of course no one should ever borrow to invest in or play with OTCBB stocks. The risk is much too high, especially when a play is going on and the stock change hundreds of % in few hours. Remember a 75% down need a 300% up to recover.

Over here, if we did not borrow money we'd never have anything. The USA is run on CREDIT. She can not even pay her own debts...how can her citizens?

Margin accounts, credit cards, bank loans, and the like are often used to purchase stocks. But, not the pennies. You're right.

However, I know a lot of folks that use their credit card, Credit Limit, to go to the bank and borrow the money to play penny stocks. In a perfect world this would not be so.

Yes, I did intend it for a joke. But, there is a lot of truth to it!
