It has been no secret that the accounting function and public relations have been weak points of the company. The formation of SSA has addressed the pr weakness to my satisfaction and the implied commitment to financials (and accounting procedures) is indeed welcome news. Thanks Guys.

SSA, Sounds like you are on the right track. Of course execution is the only thing that counts. I will make one suggestion here. Make sure that whatever audit is needed to become fully reporting is done properly and expeditiously. I have seen too many BB companies claim that they want to do this only to lead investors on by dragging it out forever and then when they do file, it is incomplete and then they take forever to rectify (Apparently done with no real intention of doing it right in the first place). Secondly, any increase in shares (as in out the backdoor) and this will go nowhere. What kind of credit lines does MRPS have established?
