Luc has said that Venture Capital activities have been pretty much halted pending an environment with lower valuations. One of my many debates with him is that being a mega bear is incompatible with his career. My argument was that his career on hold is already a big big bet on lower prices...why risk the portfolio, too. It really sounds like he wins in only one scenario: a big kahuna.
