I'll let others more adept at the point of your questions Ernie deal with them. They are reasonable and should be addressed by the co ir people. They ought to be taking advantage of the co website, regularly- how come they don't? Just for conversation- I think the wind has been knocked out of our management (no kiddin). I don't believe anything nefarious is afoot, just ordinary business down here in start up land. The telecom sector, from what I've read is treacherous. Maybe we caught some scrapnel in the fray? To me, we just caught the red-tape web cast out over all similiar co's in the wrong place at the wrong time. I blame the government mostly, then the naz- am I alone? From my vantage point as a small business person, looking out across the landscape of govt intervention, local-state-federal, I am deeply saddened by the ease in which all these govt people with their power mad attitudes bewilder the rest of us with their meddling. I could cite example after example and bore you all to nausea, just trust me (I got real stories I could tell)- paraphrasing my illustrious leader, "I loathe the bureaucracy". And, in order to take on a little heat this Father's Day (are we all filled with goodwill toward men, George?): were I Grupo Brad or others of similiar cut, I wouldn't show up here now either! Do any of you really think he or anybody else new what to expect from this senseless govt dragnet? How long it would effect us? What to do to deal with it? - any more than Mr. Murphy does? How many of you got your legal notice about the suit against the naz? yada, yada, etc. Mr. Murphy- all I want to hear is that you folks are busting heavies and pushing ahead with the business plan. I fully expect you to not fold tent- I have friends in the Corps- they don't sweat the small or big stuff. DCI needs to keep on crankin against all comers- that's all I expect- and a little news from time to time on your progress. Big stock gains come from taking on the heat occasionally. If its time to take the value accrued to date and make it do, I can handle that as well. nuff said, good weekend to all.

Dear Elf, 1) Status of switch that was due to in London forever ago.... Clueless here, last I heard the old one was being moved to Spain and a fresh one was being moved to the Brit spot. 2) Status of series F's Well shit hon we all know that, the owners have filed 144's and are selling shares, Murph still intends to buy out as many as possible, albeit it will not be all and it totally depends on financing. New questions 1) Why is it taking so long to get back on BB? If it is a matter of getting another "sanctioned" MM, what is the holdup? Somewhat rhetorical hon, beyond that it seems impossible to get anyone to commit to a reply. 2) What is the status of all the lawsuits filed by us and against us? HQ will not reply to this inquiry. 3) How have the recent events affected DCTC business? We know that the second round of financing has been kaboshed, beyond that my understanding is that EDGE anyway continues to rock. 4) Why haven't we sold Muller yet????(actually, that is an old question I asked years ago when we acquired Muller). I sure hope it has nothing to do with "friendships" in mgt as I believe the $ from sale of Muller sure would have come in handy(like retiring some series F's)..... PERHAPS YOU CAN EXPOUND FURTHER, CUZ I FOR ONE AM PHUCKING CLUELESS WHAT YA MEAN WITH THAT COMMENT!!!! thankyou in advance,,, Barbara

Dearest Ernie.. Newcomer I am not...I have been what shall we call it lurking and observing.. as for DCTC I have made mucho "profit" on them and still I admit hold some...but not much... I was merely inquiring as to anything news that we should be aware of other than hostility coming from everyone..or in my opinion..<which is nothing..so it seems.. It seems by my statement I have ruffled feathers..twas not my intent..have a good day!
