Ditchdigger, You Are 100% Wrong! "Short Against the Box" is not the same as a "Short Sale". It is used mostly to end the up-ward and down-ward price of your stock! If you "Short Against the Box" you do NOT make money as the stock price drops! You must be "Short" someone else's stock and buy back or "Cover"! In the Case of "Short Against the Box" you can use this as a tax strategy to increase your holding period. You "Deliver" at a later date to extend your holding period! Or, you "Cover" or buy back your shares and make money on the way up!

Basic Trading 101!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Best,
Ed

P.S. If you Borrow your own shares and sell them (and deliver) it is the same as a sale !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Ditchdigger, 100% Wrong Again! How can you take 5.6 Million out of a stock when ALL the Shares are worth $6 Million

Simple Math!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

The play has to be to the up-side!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

RG has 15 Million of his own money invested in the company!!!!!!!!!

Bernie, Friends and Family, 1.5 Million!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

PP Holders, 5.6 Million !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Get Real, They might want more stock for themselves and a bigger piece of the company, but the play has to be to the up-side!!!!!!!!

With Billion $ Companies involved, advice from Lawyers, and PR by G/H do your really believe they could get their investments back if there is no play to the up-side?

$6 Million Market Cap at this price, that is "Chicken Feed" for a Billion Dollar Company! The stock is "Over-Sold" IMO.

Best,
Ed

P.S TSIG must have a Money Printing Press in its basement if you believe what you say!
